Head north on A1(M), where road splits take A194(M) following signs to Washington and Boldon for approx 4 miles
At White Mare Pool Roundabout, take the second exit onto A194/Learn Lane heading to South Shields. Continue for 2.2 miles, travelling straight through one roundabout
At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto the A19 ramp toward Morpeth. Merge onto the A19 and follow signs towards the Tyne Tunnel
Take the tunnel (cars and light vehicles have a £1.20 toll charge), then follow the road left onto the A19 for approx. 6.5 miles, travelling straight over the roundabout
At Moor Farm Roundabout, take the fifth exit onto the A189 heading to Ashington/Blyth/A1061, travelling through one roundabout, for approx. 9 miles
At Woodhorn Roundabout, take the first exit onto the A197 (signed W'beck Business Park/Ashington), travelling through four traffic circles for approx 1.7 miles, past ASDA.
At the next roundabout take the second exit, through the gateway into Wansbeck Business Park
