Isojets

 

The Isojet Series is built as a simple plug-in component complete with sealing O-rings. Fountains ranging from 0.8mm to 8mm diameter are available.

High velocity turbulent coolant is directed to the tip of the core-pin and returns to the manifold body via the annular gap between the fountain tube and the core-pin drilling. These parts plug into the main coolant manifold plate and accommodate a variety of coolant channel configurations and O-ring sealing facilities.

Isojets provide a convenient and effective method of coupling an array of core-pins,within a mould tool, into a very efficient cooling circuit. This technique eliminates thetemperature gradients and large back pressures encountered in conventional seriesconnected circuits. A stainless steel in-built filter (optional) prevents particulateblockages within small fountain diameter (0.8mm up). Seals (O-rings) provide aneasy to install, leak free system.
