Whether your requirements are in the tens per year or the tens of thousands, Thermacore Europe has manufactured solutions to fit.

Alongside actual production of components, the application and how this applies to manufacture should also be a prime consideration. If a project is to be airborne then the materials used to assemble the thermal solution will be different to that used for a blade server.

In these instances, Thermacore Europe will use past experience and practical testing to determine the right materials and build processes for the right project.

Assembly of product is also handled on site with supporting activities such as:
  • In-process testing
  • Thermal Interface Material application
  • TEC integration
By using lean manufacturing and 5S systems, these added value processes can be added with minimal cost and allows Thermacore to represent more than just a heat pipe manufacturer. Indeed, many of our customers value Thermacore Europe's Manufacturing Project Management capabilities.
