| Joining us in 1997 as part of our shop floor team, Michelle moved into Customer Services in 2001. She deals with customers from the initial queries right through to processing & progressing customer orders, invoicing and accounts receivable issues. | Russell joined Thermacore in June 2005, having previously worked as a mechanical design engineer for 10 years in the automotive sector. Working alongside the sales account managers during customer visits, Russell is responsible for technical sales in the UK, Italy and Spain. | |||||

| Boris joined the team in June 2008. He brings a wealth of experience in mechanical and development engineering and sales in Aerospace, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Cryogenic, Thermal and specialised systems. He currently promotes sales of our products. Outside of work, Boris refurbishes and demonstrates historic vehicles at the tank museum at Bovington, Dorset. | Kate works in both Accounts and Customer Services departments. In Customer Services, she is responsible for providing general admin support, and processing customer orders and invoices. She started with Thermacore in May 2008, from a robust background in service, office and accounts administration. | |||||
