Sealed Box

Sealed Box cooling is fast becoming a critical issue on a number of levels. Consolidation of functionality within processors and other components as well as higher heat fluxes often makes the adoption of standard die cast or extruded heat sinks a non-viable, inefficient solution. Thermacore has been developing innovative solutions for this market for some time, with ideas that can help the sector recover cost,decrease power per square meter and reduce weight.  

Cryptograph application

Server applications are as varied as any other sector and sometimes a plain CPU heat sink/fan arrangement is not an option. Thermacore has worked on many high end and commercial applications, but the sealed box/high security applications are a speciality.

Thermacore has worked on several solutions where the electronics are to be kept in a sealed box, often to Tempest specifications.  In these situations it is important to capture the heat and remove it in the most efficient manner possible.
