Thermacore Europe's thermal analysis can predict the success of a thermal solution within an application, and save you money.  Without our analysis, elements such as finning, heat pipe layout and quantity, weight, fan noise, increased space allocation, pressure drops, liquid recirculation paths and more can all be needlessly over engineered.  Thermal analysis removes all uncertainties allowing our customers to fully explore different ideas in a cost effective, and timely manner - before cutting metal.   

If your company has an internal thermal department, Thermacore Europe can still add value as a third party validation of complex models.  Importantly, it is very difficult to model Two Phase heat pipe and vapour chamber technology without the proprietary software and empirical data Thermacore Europe has collated for nearly 40 years.

Alternative organisations offer thermal analysis believing that adding a high conductivity element to the thermal model is good enough, ignoring the more subtle physics present in two phase products.  Even software that can implement two phase physics can often be inaccurate as assumptions are made on the construction of the heat pipe that, in a manufacturing environment would not be viable.
